I. Function

This policy is used by Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU or University) particularly to handle misconduct, discrimination, and harassment predicated on sex (hereinafter to add claims predicated on maternity or intimate orientation/gender identity/expression) along with the after offenses defined herein: dating violence, domestic physical violence, intimate attack, and stalking; and, to determine procedures for giving an answer to incidents of intimate misconduct, discrimination, and harassment.
